Criteria for winning:
- Must be nominated by both company and school
- Must score 12 on the apprenticeship exam
- Excelled as a good colleague and collaborator throughout the programme.
Company setting:
With his quiet and calm demeanour, Lasse has surprised us all at P. K. Jeppesen, as he has shown us that there is much more to him than he lets on. In everyday life, Lasse is a happy boy with a good sense of humour, always helpful, committed and tidy. His ability to set up and work independently should also be mentioned. Lasse places incredibly high demands on all aspects of the forging work. He always strives for perfection and his work ethic throughout the training programme has resulted in a highly skilled blacksmith that we can all be proud of.
