At P.K. Jeppesen & Søn A/S, we are proud to have more than 135 years of experience in precision work, innovative solutions, and tailor-made machine construction. Our journey began in Thy, Denmark, where we manufactured windmills for draining meadows, and today, we deliver advanced machines and components to customers all over the world.

1888
Established with the purpose of manufacturing windmills for agriculture. A humble beginning with great ambitions.
1907
The company moves to Næstved and expands its activities.
1985
Relocation to Kornbuen in Næstved’s industrial district, where we are still located today.
1994
Investment in our first CNC machine – a Mazak SQT 15 with rotating tools.
2007
Acquisition of Mazak Nexus 350 – LL MY and Nexus 350 – LL M to strengthen our CNC capabilities.
2014
Anders Moestrup Rasmussen takes over management of the company in cooperation with partners from AKJ-Industri, beginning a new era with focus on modernization and growth.
2015
Development and production of FlexTrack, a powerful modular pulling solution for the cable industry.
2017
Arne becomes IWS-certified and assumes responsibility for welding documentation and quality control in compliance with DS 1090 \& ISO 3834.
2018
We achieve ISO 9000 and ISO 3834 certification, documenting systematic quality management.
2019
We take the next step in automation with Franka Emika, an advanced collaborative robot from Germany.
2020
The company expands with an additional 7,600 m² of production space.
2021
We enter the field of vibration machines with Vitek and launch stålet.dk, an online shop for both private and industrial customers offering steel cut to size.
2022
We strengthen our position in the market with the acquisition of JQ Steel.
2023
384 solar panels are installed – we now generate green electricity for our machining facilities.
2024
We are honored with the Næstved Business Award, recognizing local companies that excel in innovation, growth, export, investment, or employee development.
