Apprentices and industrial technicians - our future
Today, we have 12-14 apprentices across different disciplines and ages. They are an important part of our daily operations and our future foundation. Our experienced industrial technicians and skilled colleagues ensure that apprentices receive a solid and practical education - with access to modern equipment, expert training and a strong sense of community.

Our apprentices are taken seriously, they are challenged, they are recognised, even when they deliver great results.
Criteria for winning:
- Must be nominated by both company and school
- Must score 12 on the apprenticeship exam
- Excelled as a good colleague and collaborator throughout the programme.
Company setting:
With his quiet and calm demeanour, Lasse has surprised us all at P. K. Jeppesen, as he has shown us that there is much more to him than he lets on. In everyday life, Lasse is a happy boy with a good sense of humour, always helpful, committed and tidy. His ability to set up and work independently should also be mentioned. Lasse places incredibly high demands on all aspects of the forging work. He always strives for perfection and his work ethic throughout the training programme has resulted in a highly skilled blacksmith that we can all be proud of.
Kalle has received a student scholarship of DKK 5,000, which is awarded annually by the Association of Industry and Craftsmen in Næstved and the surrounding area. Kalle received the scholarship because he was nominated by his teachers, because he has made a special achievement both professionally and socially, and because he is well-liked by both students and employees.
